Devin + JP’s festival, fantasy themed wedding took place at The Cookery in Durham, North Carolina. We met Devin + JP way way back in 2019 at a non-traditional wedding expo and immediately clicked. They wanted to incorporate lots of blue (specifically Duke Blue!) and purple into the flowers and wanted everything to feel very whimsical! Other elements of their design and the event itself pulled inspiration from music festivals such as their favorite, Firefly Music Festival.
We always love working with Heather from Paisley + Pearl Events, who coordinated Devin + JP’s wedding. She is such a great collaborator and event partner and we always click with her clients too!
